Review content:
The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is a 2 year college that offers a large variety of courses and degrees, both credit and non-credit. The Friendly Hall Campus in La Plata is large, pretty and accessible. The many instructors and staff care about the students' aim to educate themselves and work hard. In addition to the academic courses, frequently there are programs open to the public, plays, exhibits, etc. for member of the community to enjoy. It is a great place to start of your schooling if you plan to transfer to a 4 year school, or to just take some classes to decide what you would like to do.
