Review content:
The spa was beautiful and relaxing and the staff was all friendly and accommodating. I was happy with my massage, mani/pedi and hair styling. I only wish they had suggested I change out of my robe and back into my clothes before getting my nails done. I ended up ruining my nails getting dressed but couldn't stay to wait to get them fixed. I was also very upset when it cost me an extra $10 because the Mother's Day Package gift certificate was purchased last year, and I had to pay the difference for the price increase. I feel that if you are selling a package deal and it's only good for 1 year you should honor that price and not charge the guest more when they come in. The extra charges at the end of my trip helped undo some of my relaxation.
