Review content:
I had a hot stone massage today, and it was probably one of the worst I've ever had. The massage lady was really nice and friendly, but the massage was not. All of the hot stone massages I've had start out with a regular massage on each body part, finished off with the hot stones. This one was mainly hot stones, with very little pressure. I had to as for more pressure, and then had to ask for additional time on my back because it was barely worked on at all. The masseuse then said if I want time spent on my back I have to get the 80min massage. I've had a dozen or two hot stone massages and, I've never had an 80minute massage and have always had a good amount of time spent on my back. I kept thinking that "this is not worth $90!". I would never want to return to Essentials to get a massage by that masseuse. It's frustrating when I only treat myself ever couple months or so, spend a lot of money and am left left feeling disappointed with my experience. Thank you, Sara Carrano
