I would not recommend Spa Gregories unfortunately. I had made an appointment for a pedicure via internet, receiving a confirmation. The confirmation mentioned they rescheduled me, as the date I requested they did not have the service available. So, I rescheduled another engagement to make this happen. The day of the appointment, I showed up and they had no reservsation for me, nor could provide anyone to take over. I rescehduled and last night had the appointment. I walked in, announced myself and she said, oh Rae is ready in the mani-pedi room. Where is that? She just pointed to the door. I went through the door to find hallways. I asked another person where mani-pedi room was, she pointed to the ladies room. I ended up in a quiet room and just sat to wait for someone to ask what I was doing there. Rae did an excellent job on the pedicure, but the rest of the service...PHFFFT.. they had told me they would 'compensate me' for the bad scheduling, and I had to ask for that, as it wasn't noted anywhere...After asking for it they did end up giving me 25% off. Overall, not worth the effort when so many other choices out there for pedicures.
