Review content:
My initial impression over the phone was very positive. The person who set the appointment was friendly, polite and helpful. And once she explained that I would need to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, (and I couldn't because I had school drop off) she gladly changed the appoinment time for me. Once I arrived at the spa the problems began. The greeter implied I was late and should hurry so as to not miss any more of my services! Also my massage had been scheduled before the hot tub, when I had asked that it be scheduled the other way around. There was no apology for either mix up. Although the massage person worked it out for me, (and none of this was her fault) I would have left at this point if the services had not already been paid for and non refundable. I will not be back.
