I have gone to So Pure for about a year now and I've never had a problem. It is always a pleasant visit and they always find a way to do my hair exactly the way I asked them to. I have not always had the best experiences at hair salons but I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here (knock on wood). They are kind and listen to what you ask for. If they make suggestions to you, they are never pushy and give good advice. I get my hair cut and colored and everytime I leave I get compliments all day long (I go to Jade and she is awesome)! However my favorite thing about this place is they never pressure me to buy anything at the end! They tell you about the products they use and are willing to answer any questions you have but that's it! I have and would recommend this salon to my friends and family.
