I came to Lux Aveda, because I am new to Orange County and I was looking for an Aveda salon, since I like the products. So I found Lux Aveda online, because they had a special. As I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and booked an appointment with Camille. Not knowing who she is, I took a chance and it was worth while. I came 20 minutes late to the appointment, and she was very nice about it, she listened to what I wanted to do and took her time and gave me a great consultation. She told me how long everything is going to take and how much it's going to cost in advance, i thought that was very considered. And it took exactly as long as she promised. She gave me a hand massage and a neck massage during the service, which I thought was amazing and very relaxing. I felt like I had the hair salon and spa experience all together. To make the story short, I walked out looking better than I thought and very relaxed. I wanted a professional cut and color and she accomplished it to perfection and better than I had in mind. I did realize that she is a perfectionist and that she cared. She had a passion about hair and talent, which I have not seen in too many hair stylists.
