Angel is great. He warmly greeted me when he saw me. He took special care to make sure my feet were raised when he washed my hair. He went the extra step in making sure the water temperature was perfect and gave me a wonderful scalp massage with what he knows is my favorite shampoo based on its scent. He remembered stuff about what we'd discussed months ago, which shows me that he does pay attention to his customers. When I leave the salon I look great, and my hair continues to look great with very little effort on my part for more than six weeks. I always tip him over 25% because he's worth every penny.
