I recently was having problems with my computer monitor screen being a little fuzzy all of a sudden. I had called Computer Bay and asked them if they knew what could be wrong or what they could do to help me. They had informed me that it could be 1 of 2 things and wanted me to bring in my computer to look at it further. I did so and they had found out the problem....I needed to buy new monitor to fix the fuzziness. Well, I said I didn't need one that bad right now and that I would wait, I don't have the money right now to spend on it personally, but anyway they didn't charge me anything to look at my computer to figure out what was wrong with it and was very friendly and didn't pressure me to buy a new monitor on the spot. I would recommend their services!!!
