I was disappointed that I was charged to have a procedure done that was to provide certification for my stylist and thereby giving the salon the advantage of having a certified stylist in this technique. I have been a participant (hair model) for other techniques/products in the past and I was never charged to be the "model". To get the certification, the stylist has to use someone..why should I have to pay to provide this for the stylist and the salon? I could understand it if I came into the shop and had this particular procedure done by a stylist that was fully certified. This was not the case. I thought Lisa did an outstanding job. The procedure,the technique and the result was fantastic..no complaints there. I would be interested in your rationale for charging me to have your stylist certified and thereby helping your salon. Thank you.
