My experience was very good at Ladies and Gentlemen. The front desk was very friendly. The lady who did my shampoo, massage and makeup was very sweet, and very gentle. And Shana did my hair cut and did a beautiful job. The cut is balanced (the right side is the same as the left side) and the style I wanted. I am very pleased with my experience. I will be back. Thank you.
