What saved the experience was the actual massage and steam shower that followed. The begining steam shower was cold and more of a muggy feeling than a steam shower. Then when in the waiting room I was VERY uncomfortable when a man was in the waiting area and I was in nothing but a robe, REALLY??! I would've gone back to the shower if it weren't so cold. The massage was nice and so was the steam shower afterwards (not sure why it worked this time as it was the same shower?) I wouldn't suggest it, it's not worth the price to me.
