I recently went to Ladies and Gentleman for a wax with Penney. It was the first time I had been to this salon and spa for this service. I was so happy with the work that Penney did! She was helpful, and informative about what she was doing, and she did the best out of anyone I have ever been to before (and I have been to many different people in many different cities and states). I was Penney's last appointment of the day and she kindly did two additional services for me since I was there and needed it done. The overall experience was the best one I have ever had at any salon or spa when I needed a wax service. I will absolutely continue to go to Penney at Ladies and Gentleman Legacy Village in the future!
