I had never been to L&G before but received a gift card for my birthday. I decided to schedule an appointment and give them a try. When I met my stylist Eric, he was extremely polite and very informative about the salon and their services. I did not know that a mini facial and hand massage were complimentary which was a nice surprise. Eric was great at recommending product which I purchased to try at home. When checking out, I did not realize L&G was a non tipping salon....I think my jaw hit the counter when I asked to add a tip. I had NEVER been to a salon that did not allow tips. Eric was so amazing and doing it all because he loves his job. I will definitely be back in the future!
