I like my stylist which is why I come. I was disappointed to find that no one told me about the point system for credits on my bill. I had to ask. I have been coming to your salon for 3 years now. I had visited the Barrington salon once a year ago and recently got a coupon for 25% off inviting me back. I was annoyed that you would offer credits to get new customers yet nothing for your loyal customers. When I asked at my last visit to dundee is when someone told me about the point system, meantime, I have lost a lot of points in the last 3 years. This is enough to make me think about changing salons. I am considered "old reliable" to Spa Bleu and clearly not as valued as new customers are.
