I have been going to this practice for more than five years, so I have been there through the comings and goings of several PAs.
Throughout this time I have found Dr. Hoyte to be very attentive, listening to all of my concerns, engaging me in my own care and making me feel like I am the only patient in the world. In addition, she has also made it clear to me that, if I am ever dissatisfied with anything, I am to let her know right away.
Recently, I have seen both Emily and Molly (PAs) and they have both provided me with very compassionate and thorough care, never rushing me.
The office manager (Linda) and the front desk (LaToya and Crystal) are very customer focused, no matter how busy they are...and they are busy! And the medical technician (sorry, I don't remember your name) is super at not hurting me.
So, thanks to Dr. Hoyte and her staff. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Pros: Engage me in my care. Make me feel like the only patient.
