Amber helped me purchase several Christmas presents and was pleasant and helpful at a time when you seemed busy. My only complaint and it is small. I spent over $200 on product for gifts and had a coupon for a free travel size hand relief lotion. I'm sure that it is a slightly different one than the one you sell, but I was told you were out of them and was not able to receive my free lotion. You had a lot of them on display and I was a little disappointed. I buy a lot of product at your store and will still come back, but I thought you could have just given me one of the ones you sell. Just a little disappointed.
