Thank you guys very, very much. This is an incredibly detailed inspection report and everything I could have hoped for. Colvin Home Inspection was on time, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend your services to others. I thought with my house being at large as it was (4000+ Sq Ft.), and in need of some some very serious TLC, that some corners would be cut, but that is certainly not the case. I have used two other inspection companies on other properties I was going to buy, but Colvin Home Inspection is head and shoulder above them, and cheaper to boot! You also got me the electronic report the same day, and I admit I had some misgivings about your ability to do so! Call Colvin Home Inspection if you want good service.
