This company checked our home before we bought it. They told us in detail about previous damage that had been repaired and needed repair. Phillip was the employee who came out. We called back to get things rechecked after about 18 months. He was very personable and honest. He checked everything throughly and gave me advice on some minor problems we were having. He did not charge anything for the recheck or advice.
