Review content:
On Sat 9/17, my mil & I came in for pedis for both of us and a mani for me. I was pleased with the service. The technician that took care of me was wonderful. My mil treated me to some pampering because I was so pregnant I couldn't reach my feet. The manicure was so relaxing. I loved the whole experience, except that by Sunday evening my polish was chipping. I didn't do anything hard on my hands, so I was quite surprised that barely 24 hours after having them polished my nails looked bad. Monday they were so embarrassingly chipped I was hiding my hands. Tuesday morning what was left of the polish peeled right off in big clumps. It was OPI polish, which I thought was a quality brand. I only got one day of my beautiful manicure. Should I plan on manicures only lasting a day? It hardly seems worth it if that's the case. I sent an email to Rain Salon and Spa with the above information and got absolutely no response. I thought at the very least someone would explain why that would happen. I was prepare to go back and try again, but not now that I was ignored. They should have been considerate enough to respond to my questions, at the very least.
