I have been to many salons, but P.E. is the first one I have found to be truly enjoyable. Not only is Betty a super nice person, always cheerful, who never rushes, always meets my needs, and requests for how I wish to have my hair cut and styled. Betty is a delightful person to know. She is sincerely interested in whatever we talk about. You are very lucky and blessed to have her on your staff. Each person I have had contact with is very friendly and helpful even those I have spoken to if only by phone. The atmosphere is relaxing, a very welcoming and enjoyable exerience in all ways. I also find the products you offer are great and appreciate having whatever I need and use available to me anytime I need them. Oh! I must not forget how hospitable the girls are to my husband. I don't drive, so he generally sits in the waiting area while I am having my hair done reading and is offered a cup of coffee which makes him feel special too. Thank You! Jane Holland
