Businiess name:  Rossati Water Ice
Review by:  linda H.
Review content:
All my life I have noticed the Rosati Water Ice Rose advertisement around town. It is only most recently that I realize what a quality product this is. Rosati's is most likely found at independently owned and operated places. You can probably find it at you local swim club, newsstands and other small venues. They have a small take out window at their plant in Clifton Heights. This water ice is more flavorful and less sweet than what passes for water ice at Rita's. It is at it's best when fresh (watch for those delivery trucks) because it is fluffy and soft, but not runny. My absolute favorite is lemon. The blue raspberry is very different from the mass producers and is delicious. If you have a choice or get a chance, taste the original Italian water ice - you'll be glad you did.
