Again, service was amazing! Anytime we needed anything, guest services was there within 5-10 minutes!
-As soon as we got into our room, one of my friends went to bathroom and the toilet started to back up. We called the desk and they sent maintenance up within 3 minutes!!! He was professional, polite and corrected the issued within 5 minutes. He checked out with us and wished us a comfortable stay.
-We wanted to use the pull out sofa bed so we called guest services and within 10 minutes, housekeeping arrives with the linens, and did not just drop them off, he stayed and made the bed and wished us a nice stay. I will say that the friend who wound up on the sofa bed was not overly thrilled with her quality of sleep, but has anyone ever had a good night's sleep on one? The actual bed was DIVINE!
-The on-site restaurant was exceptional!
-Wine hour nightly and morning coffee bar are just extra perks at a hotel that cares about a guests' experience and comfort.
