They broke my my G Shock too.... I went in to get a battery replacement. I then went shopping while they did it. I came back, paid $15 and walked out because the watch face was showing the time. I Walked around the mall and found the back light was not working. I went back 40 minutes later and let the guy (older) know. His reply was there must be something wrong with the watch. I told him no, the back light worked before and asked him to take a look at it-- and told him I was happy to pay for the second repair. He insisted I read the posted no refund policy which was not the issue. His reply was your one of those guys who will "bother".. then told me he was not going to help me and told me to come back tomorrow and have the other guy fix it because he was not the one who worked on it. I believe I had watched him sit down and work on it before I went shopping! I asked him the name of the other guy and he pointed to the business cards and told me the cards where there. I told 4 business cards to give to others and he yelled at me to put them back as I was leaving the store. I felt threatened and quickly left. He followed me out of the store demanding loudly for the return of the business cards. I handed him the business cards and he dropped them then yelled at me and then physically pushed me. I was and am still very much astounded. I have never been assaulted or so humiliated in my life. I felt threatened and attempted to leave the store quickly and without provocation I was assaulted by the employee.
