Good: The staff is friendly and helpful. Living here truly feels like living in a connected community. Maintenance is prompt and does a great job. Management has done a wonderful job with fixing the complex up since they purchased it summer 2010. Landscaping is beautiful and living here is a treat.. Bad: I honestly can't say I don't like anything.. Improvements: Any improvements I would have wished for when I first moved in have been made since new management took over. The parking lots were repaved, the sidewalks repoured to be level, landscaping redone, roofs fixed, siding redone, the entire complex painted, the complex sign lit up to make it easier to find at night.. Other: I love living at Poplar Ridge Apartments and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a safe, secure community to belong to..
