I purchased a home with a swimming pool just recently and found Hawkins number on the equipment. I called them to see if they would come out and give me a few minutes to show me the system and to help me understand how it works. They did charge me a service call but it was well worth it. The technician arrived and went through the entire pool and its operation and noted a few things to "watch" for the future. He showed me where I had a salt system on my pool and it will work once I get the salt level up in the pool. I did what he instructed and the pool looks great. I have added them to my rolodex of my people to call.
