Review content:
I'm extremely happy with service and my hair. That is not an issue. My issue is with pricing. I was surprised with the amount of my bill. It was a little higher than I expected especially since I had color but no haircut. The next day, I called to make sure that I hadn't been charged for a haircut by accident. I wasn't, but when I asked for the breakdown of the cost, I was told the blow dry was $16. This is the first salon that ever charged me to dry my hair. It's aggravating given that I had told the stylist that since I was going home and it was evening, I really didn't care if my hair was dried and she said that she wanted to dry it because she liked to see how the color turned out. I went along because I had no idea that it cost anything for the blow dry. Customers should be informed in advance that if you are blow dried, there is a cost associated with that and there should be no pressure to have it done. Had I known, I would've just plainly said that I didn't want my hair dried. I don't want to sound cheap, but I really don't need to spend $16 to have my hair dried when I'm only 5 minutes from home and going to bed anyway. It's honestly a waste of money.
