This is, without a doubt, the worst salon in Overland Park (College/Quivira location – I cannot provide a review on the other locations).
All of the staff is rude (especially the front desk staff) and are (overall) extremely overpriced. I’ve given this ‘spa’ many chances at hair, nails, massage, wax, etc. because they are so conveniently located. However, after many months of being patient I’ve decided to make others aware of my miserable experiences. I even called the alleged owners (or managers?) to let them know about their areas of opportunity but never received a return call.
I have let Aveda know that this location fails to meet anyone’s expectation of an Aveda experience and should definitely not represent the brand. I’ve since ordered Aveda products online and have received free samples and extraordinary customer service—they are very apologetic for this site’s actions.
