My husband purchased a hot stone massage for me for my Birthday December 29th, 2007 and I was burned by the massage therapist. I ended up spending my birthday in the ER to treat my second degree burns. During communication with massage therapist no refund was offered or given. Have been contacted anew about the review and he was sincerly apologetic. I would have loved to give a positive review given the calm atmosphere and friendly staff, but the lack of a refund symes this effort. My husband paid for me to be burned and ruin my birthday plans. I hope full financial retribution is received so I might give a better review. I can say I appreciated Calvin calling to apologize and am hopeful he will arrange full repayment in earnest.
