Review content:
We arrived at our 8:00 A.M. about 8 to 10 minutes early. There was noone at the front desk. We saw two hygenist and the dentist come in after us. We were not taken back for our appointment until 8:12 A.M. We saw staff having a short morning chat and even when we were taken back for the appointment, hygenists had to go looking for supplies. The staff should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the first appointment to ensure that the office is actually ready for the day. I am considering moving my kids over to the adult side of the practice where we have had much better experiences. It is a shameful way to run your business. Our time is just as valuable as yours and there are other quality dentists near by.
