Review content:
We are not fortunate enough to carry dental insurance. I know that when you have insurance and your visit is submitted, only a portion of it actually gets reimbursed and the Dr. accepts that for those patients so why is it that those of us who don't have that luxury get gouged and pay full price?? I can barely afford groceries right now and over the past couple of years have put almost $7,500 in my kids teeth at HealthPark dentisty - I'm sure if we had insurance, the portion I would have owed would have been substancially less! It's just very frustrating to always feel like we're singled out because we DON'T have insurance and have to pay monumental amounts of money to you. Perhaps a cash discount or payment plan should be offered at the window to at least give the non-insurance folks a bit of a break or some sort of financial assistance in these lousy economic times.
