This guy really knows his stuff. It may seem unorthodox at first, but that is only because nobody knows how to work the whole body like Ari does. He doesn't just have you work muscles in isolation, he teaches you how to move your body to maximum advantage. At the gym now, I'm getting people (most of them trainers) coming up to me, asking what I'm doing, and then getting my advice on how to work various parts. Ari, you have my sincere thanks.
