Review content:
I had a lot of stiffness, slowness and lack of ability in moving, especially in my neck, shoulders and back. I had frequent tiredness, low energy, lack of concentration and “mental fog.” It is a relief to have more freedom of movement and range of motion, without stiffness pain and muscle cramping, especially in my neck, head, and back. I heard a man in the office say he could “move like a kid again” and that he’d forgotten what is was like. I very much appreciate the improvement and relief I am noticing, and hope for it to continue and increase.
