Businiess name:  Howard County Library
Review by:  Kristen J.
Review content:
The branch of the library on Cradlerock Way is spacious, with quite a few computers and plenty of desks for studying or reading. It's also nicely laid out, quite modern looking, and well lit. The books, however, are a different story. They all seem to be about 20 years old. Books that are supposed to be on the shelves are often missing, and the books that are there are certainly not new releases. The new catalog search engine on the library's website doesn't function well either, so overall, the experience is very frustrating.
