i don't even know where to begin. this has been the worst contracting experience in my life. i wanted it to be great but it just wasn't. we have work that wasn't finished that i've paid for and most of the work that was started needs re-done. i have no refund of money and a warranty that is worthless to me because i wouldn't let this man touch my home again if you gave me a million dollars. beware of the lies and "miscommunications" that will always be your fault. it's a shame that anyone would treat a customer in the manner we've been treated. all i can do at this point is shake my head and move on.
