Review content:
Hamilton lodge #54 meant a whole lot to me as I was raised there. I was elected on May 19,1990, passed April 5, 1991, and raised Nov 1, 1991. we closed the doors about 4 years ago for good due to aging members, and lack of new membership. we also gave up our lodge building to the town of Sharon for their use as the teen center. I have many great memories of attending Hamilton lodge, sort of like my old home. most of our membership joined with Montgomery lodge 13 in Lakeville. we just finished removing our furniture from the building recently, and the lodge members voted to give me the old safe we used at Hamilton 54 for many many years. that to me is more than a safe, but a real piece of history with a lot of memories as well. I am very happy to have it for my own. we have a good new home in the lodge in Lakeville of Montgomery 13. Bob Thompson was just elected Master of that lodge this past meeting , to serve in January 2009. He was master of Hamilton when I joined there. I am looking forward to attending lodge with him in 2009.
