I purchased my Ford Explorer through Ed Butts and dealt with Tony, I think he is the general manager. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable and I feel he provided me with excellent service. Since them I've brought the Explorer there for all my service. I found out that they also service non-Ford cars (who knew) so I have them service my wifes Lexus RX-350. The service on the Lexus is WAY less expensive than the dealership and they've done a good job in keeping it up. If you are looking for a fair business with good prices, I'd check out Ed Butts.
