This company is awful. After they came in very friendly they said they would send a "consultant" to walk us through the process. Then we agreed to the price and made the appointment for installation. NEVER was there a consultant, the installers were miserable and the product Shaw that they carry is awful, splitting and bubbling after a few weeks. Now I have 1/4 of my new floors ruined and neither the manufacturer or Luna would help. They come in nice but then you are left in the dust. Now Im out $4k. More problems but Im so frustrated at this point.
