Do Not Go to This Spa!! The owner is very unprofessional. She did laser therapy on me and burned my skin. I went to the dermatologist yesterday and she gave me a cream to put on the burns. The owner has claimed to be "sick" for the last few days. I sent her an email hesterday expressing that I would just like to know what she used on my skin so that I can tell the doctor. This was actually the second time I had been to the spa. The first time the owner's boyfriend gave me a facial and it was terrible too. There were still blackheads in my skin when I got home. I only went there the second time because they said the owner would do me herselelf and I would get 20% off. Obviously this was a mistake since I have been in my house for the past 5 days with burn marks all over my face. The saddest part is the owner, the one who did the procedure, wont even talk to me. She has been completely avoiding me even though I went to her salon yesterday (she was out sick) and showed her employee my burns. She just doesn't care!!
