Review content:
My friend reccomended Pik-a-pup to me because she has bought 2 puupies from you in the past year and told me to go their to buy mine. However, I visited them today and was completely embarrased when I was leaving. Not only was the staff not helpful, they were rude, impolite and did not treat me as a costumer. No one answered anyone of my questions and did not offer any help. After 10 minutes of standing in the room alone, looking at the silky that I said I was interested in and letting him touch my fingers through the small hole in the glass (and yes, I did sanitize my hands before doing so) One of the women came in and said "okay, you have to leave now, I'm serious, it's time to go. You're spreading germs" and then she accused me of touching the other dogs in the other glassed in area, now, if she had been in the room with me, she would have known I was not even interested in the other dogs..let alone be touching them. The women then escorted me to the entrance, opened the door and did not say a single word. I have never been more embarrased in my life, and you can count on me writing a letter to the Metrowest paper.
