Review content:
Hammond Park has two great play areas for children. One is geared towards toddlers and preschoolers and is new. Nearby are swings - including baby, special needs and traditional swings. Close by is a huge sand box so bring your sand toys. Further down a path is a huge playground that is geared towards older children. There is a covered eating area within this area with picnic tables and there are water fountains near the play area. There are 2 parking areas so if the smaller parking area off of Glendridge is full try the parking lot off of Hammond.
