As a single woman, I'm always a little skeptical of taking my car to an auto shop - I'll be the first to admit that I don't know a THING about cars, and always wonder if I'm getting talked into something I don't really need. I was so glad to meet Travis and Renee of "My Auto Pro" at a Kirkland Chamber of Commerce event, and decided that I would take my car in to their shop when it was time for my next service appointment. I've now taken my car to them for 2 oil changes, and they have been great! Scheduling an appointment has been a breeze. Renee is so warm and welcoming when you arrive. And Travis is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all, trustworthy! I also really appreciate being informed of exactly what's going to happen with my service ahead of time so there are no surprises when it comes time to settle up. I would highly recommend "My Auto Pro" to ANYONE - they are great!
