My experience at Align Wellness Center has been extremely rewarding for me. I look forward to going every week for pilates. The instruction is challenging and rewarding. At 61, I have never felt better. My mother goes too and she is getting stronger and feeling better after having cancer two years ago. The staff is very professional but also fun. I highly reccomend Align for strength training!!!
