Dr. Murray Kaplan has the most professional office i have been to in quite some time. He was very patient and listened to all my complaints. I never felt rushed for one minute. He made appropriate referrals to get the xrays and further tests that were needed to make the appropriate diagnosis. He always followed up with phone calls as soon as he had the reports.
