We bought our house back in 05' and never had our carpets cleaned. First we called Eco Carpet to set up an appointment for a free in home estimate. The technician arrived on time, very nice young gentlemen, measured all of our 16 rooms and then gave us a verbal and written quote. A few days later we called them back to book a date for the actual cleaning. Everything went smooth. On the cleaning day, the technicians arrived again on time and started cleaning right away. They were very efficient and even managed to remove a nasty coffee stain that was lodged in the carpet forever. We liked the fact that they brought with them the air dryers for the carpet. By the time they finished most of the carpet was almost dry. Now that is what I call a great carpet cleaning company. Did I mention that they did not charge us anything extra for the drying? Plus to top it off they also gave us a few pairs of plastic overshoes.
