The service was PROMPT! They came at the exact time promised for quote and cleaning. What is the level of service after cleaning?? FIVE STARS!! Happiness is clean oriental rugs after Eco Carpet Service. I am completely satisfied with the results. My old rug looks brand new! The only problem is my carpet looks so good after the cleaning; I'll have a hard time talking my husband into buying new carpeting. They provided a complete explanation of services (written) quote. The techs were courteous and professional, and that means a lot!
