Review content:
My gf and I used to order from here alot -- at times a couple times a month. The concept is awesome, very convenient, and the extra cost isn't terrible. BUT The last time I ordered the driver kept the receipt -- a move that made my ears perk up, but I let it go and made a mental note to keep an eye on the transaction. When the payment cleared, the total was $4-5 more than I recalled, so I called them and spent all morning working through it. They sent me copies of my past 4 receipts and after looking them over it was obvious (to me at least) that the driver had created a new receipt, gave himself double the tip and used the carbon paper to forge my signature. Although in the end they refunded me $4 (heh, thanks), the worst part of the experience is that a person I assume is the owner implied I was lying on my Yelp review warning others of what happened and took absolutely no responsibility for their employee.
