I've always been skeptical about hypnosis but needed some help feeling positive about my future goals & making healthy eating choices. I was recommended to A New Day Hypnosis by a friend and thought I would go see Laura. She was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable about making changes in my life. Hypnosis made the changes seem effortless and before I knew it I was feeling more positive about myself and making healthier choices in regards to food. I feel more positive, more relaxed, able to handle anything, and more confident about myself. Thank you so much Laura!
