I read about Laura in an interview that she did on the austinist and her approach sounded good, so I set up an appointment. I had been incredibly afraid to get on a plane and had to go to a wedding out of town, so I felt like I didn't have any options.
I was desperate to overcome this fear because I couldn't tell my best friend that I wasn't coming to her wedding because I was too scared to fly. Since using hypnosis, my whole perspective has changed and the flight went great! I've traveled several times since and feel totally relaxed about it now. If you have a fear of flying, call Laura!
