Core Pilates truly knows pilates! I have tried pilates at my private club and all they did was charge too much. I really discovered how effective, therapeutic and toning pilates can be when it's done right. They are meticulous about the correct form and I truly appreciate that kind of detail to attention. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in pilates.
